These terms apply to your use of pioneerpoint.online. They are short, because the site does little: it publishes information and links to other people's websites.

This site is operated by Kalos investing s.r.o., Na Čečeličce 425/4, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company number 10807888, VAT CZ10807888, contactable at info@pioneerpoint.online. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "the site" means pioneerpoint.online.
2. The site is informational
Pioneer Point publishes general information about online vehicle combat games and related consumer topics. It is not professional advice of any kind. Nothing on this site is security advice, legal advice, financial advice, or advice about your particular circumstances, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified adviser or from the relevant government body.
3. Product information changes
Information about games, publishers, system requirements, account arrangements and anything sold inside a game is recorded from public sources at the time a page is reviewed, and the review date appears in the footer of every page. Any of it can change without notice and without our knowledge. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm it on the publisher's own website, which is linked from every entry. Where this site and a publisher disagree, the publisher is right.
4. Links to other websites
This site links to websites operated by other people, including game publishers and Australian government bodies. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site and their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Some links on this site are paid affiliate links, identified as such wherever they appear and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page.
5. Trade marks and content
Game titles, company names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to identify and describe the products discussed. Pioneer Point is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim to be an official, authorised or partnered source.
The text and design of this site are the property of Kalos investing s.r.o. You may read, print and quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication of pages is not permitted without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, gain unauthorised access to the server, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it. Ordinary reading, printing, linking and search engine indexing are all welcome; the site is fully open to crawlers.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Kalos investing s.r.o. is established. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those laws.
